Protection against insolvency
The company holds travel agency insolvency insurance under Act No. 170/2018 Coll. The cover includes repatriation where transport forms part of the package, refund of deposits or the price paid where a package did not take place, and the difference between the price paid and the value of a package only partly provided.

A claim must be submitted to the insurer within 6 months of the insured event.
Traveller rights
Where the services form a package within the meaning of Act No. 170/2018 Coll., transposing Directive (EU) 2015/2302, travellers have all the rights that apply to packages, in particular:
- all essential information about the package before the contract is concluded,
- at least one trader is liable for the proper performance of all services,
- a contact point through which the organiser can be reached,
- the package may be transferred to another person on reasonable notice and possibly at additional cost,
- the price may only be increased in specific cases and no later than 20 days before the start; if the increase exceeds 8% the traveller may terminate the contract,
- the contract may be terminated without a fee, with a full refund, if an essential element other than the price is changed significantly,
- the contract may be terminated without a fee in the event of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination,
- the contract may be terminated at any time before the start against an appropriate termination fee,
- where essential services cannot be provided as agreed, suitable alternatives must be offered at no extra cost,
- the traveller is entitled to a price reduction, compensation, or both, where services are improperly performed,
- the organiser must provide assistance if the traveller is in difficulty,
- on insolvency, payments are refunded and repatriation is secured where transport is included.

This website is informational. It does not take bookings or payments. Contractual terms for a specific trip are provided before any binding order.
Privacy
The controller is REAL TEAM, s.r.o. at the address above. No data protection officer has been appointed, as none is required in this case.
What this site does not do
- sets no cookies,
- runs no analytics or tracking,
- loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers when the page opens.
For this reason no cookie consent is required.
Enquiry form
The form on the home page is for sending a message. We process your name, email address and the content of your message solely in order to reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box, and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is pre-contractual.
Submitted data is processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which delivers the form to our email address and acts as our processor. This involves a transfer to a third country; the data is processed only to deliver the message and is not retained longer than necessary for that purpose.
We do not use form data for marketing mailings without separate consent. You may withdraw consent at any time at jakub@realteamsport.eu.
If you tick the consent box, your message is also stored as a contact record with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, trading as Brevo, 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, RCS Paris 498 019 298), which acts as our processor. This is so the message remains on file after the email has been answered. We do not use it for marketing mailings without separate consent.
No data leaves this page when it loads. It is sent only when the form is submitted.
Server logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Technical connection data including the IP address is processed when a page is requested. We have no access to these logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you write to us we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply. Business correspondence is retained for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Write to jakub@realteamsport.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
Alternative dispute resolution
If we have not settled a consumer complaint to the consumer's satisfaction, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection; the full list is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic at mhsr.sk. Please write to us first at jakub@realteamsport.eu, that is usually faster.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is no longer listed here: it was shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
